Our goal at Hattesohl Surveying, LLC is to provide you with a professional land surveyor at an affordable cost.
We are a small company with small overhead, but our property surveyors use the latest in technology to measure and draw with, which means we can provide you with an accurate and quality land or boundary survey at a reduced cost. Every survey we do is unique so it is difficult to accurately estimate what the cost of the survey will be, but for most surveys we will agree to not exceed a certain amount. So that no matter what it takes for us to ensure that the survey is complete and accurate, you will know what to expect for the fee.
Having a land survey done is important. Whether you are trying to secure a bank loan, or just putting up a fence, the only way to absolutely know where your property lines are is to have it surveyed. When we are finished we will give you with a drawing that will show the results of the survey. If there are any discrepancies with any adjacent landowners, or within your own property, we will assist you in resolving them. Then you will have complete confidence in what you own, and you will be able to make improvements to the property without worrying about where your lines are. You will also know what the exact area of the property is. A copy of the survey will be filed at the county courthouse, and another copy at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources in Rolla, Missouri.
